30 Minute Focused Support Session

This 30-minute session offers a supportive, focused space for reflection, grounding, or exploring a specific concern. It is well-suited for moments when you are feeling time-limited, emotionally full, or in need of brief but meaningful support .These sessions are intentionally contained and are not intended for deep or extended processing. They can be booked on their own or used between longer sessions as part of ongoing support.
